A letter to you

We’ve been hoping
you’d write.

Questions, suggestions, a story to share, or simply a hello — this page is for any of it. A real person reads every message that comes in, and replies.

From the desk of The Postal Club,
this fine morning
Dear reader,

We believe that the best conversations still happen on paper. A well-chosen sentence, read at the reader’s own pace, folded and tucked into a pocket to be read again — there is nothing quite like it.

And so, when you write to us, we try to write back in the same spirit. No bots, no ticketing system, no “your request has been received” — just a person, sitting down with a cup of something warm, reading what you’ve sent and thinking about how to reply.

If you have a question about how the site works, we’ll answer it. If you have a suggestion, we’ll genuinely consider it. If you’re having trouble with something, we’ll sort it out. And if you just want to tell us about the letter you wrote last Tuesday, well — we’d love to hear about that too.

There are three good ways to reach us, depending on what you’d like to say. You’ll find them just below. And if you’d rather write the long way, there’s a proper form a little further down — with space for as many lines as you need.

With warm regards,
The Postal Club
— your postmasters
P.S. If you’re reading this on a screen, welcome. If you printed it out and are reading it on paper, well — you understand us already.
